If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday, the only time your birthday points may be delayed is if your birthday falls within 30 days of the date you entered it. This is to protect against fraud. Rest assured, you will still receive your points after approximately 30 days.
