At Electron Colloidal, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process to ensure peace of mind.

Returns

You may return any  item within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original packaging and include the original colloidal solution.

Returned items must be shipped back to our facility for verification. As part of our quality assurance process, we will conduct a solution integrity test to ensure the colloid has not been altered or replaced with another liquid. This test typically takes less than 24 hours and confirms the presence of the specially formulated particles unique to Electron Colloidal.

Our colloidal solutions are scientifically engineered and possess distinctive properties that allow us to easily verify authenticity. These characteristics set us apart from other colloidal supplements on the market.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

To begin your claim, we require photo or video proof clearly showing the damage. Without visual proof, the request cannot be processed.
