Returns
You may return any item within 30 days for one time purchases of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. All items must returned in their original packaging and include the original colloidal solution.
Returned items must be shipped back to our facility for verification. As part of our quality assurance process, we will conduct a solution integrity test to ensure the colloid has not been altered or replaced with another liquid. This test typically takes less than 24 hours and confirms the presence of the specially formulated particles unique to Electron Colloidal.
Our colloidal solutions are precisely engineered to exhibit distinctive, measurable properties that allow for clear verification of authenticity. These defining characteristics are what set our formulations apart from conventional colloidal supplements on the market.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
To begin your claim, we require photo or video proof clearly showing the damage. Without visual proof, the request cannot be processed.

Three-Delivery Minimum Commitment
All subscriptions require a minimum of three (3) completed deliveries.
This policy is in place to:
- Prevent abuse of discounted subscription pricing
- Ensure customers receive enough product to experience the full benefits listed, which typically develop through consistent use over time
While the three-delivery minimum is required, subscribers may pause or skip deliveries at any time to match their personal usage schedule. The subscription may be canceled once the three deliveries are completed.
Sales & Pricing
All subscription sales are final. Subscription pricing includes initiative discounts that are prorated based on your selected delivery frequency and offered in exchange for the minimum delivery commitment.
Shipping
We cover or subsidize shipping costs as part of the subscription benefit. Because shipping and processing costs are incurred immediately, subscription orders are not eligible for refunds once processed.
Returns & Exchanges
