I started taking this a month ago because my magnesium was way too low and I get a bad reaction from the many other supplements, I have tried. I went to the doctor today and my magnesium is at a normal level after only a month, and I have had absolutely zero, no, adverse effects from this Colloidal Magnesium Supplement! I am thrilled beyond belief. If you have tummy troubles with regular magnesium supplements, I urge you to try this supplement. It has no taste. (tastes like water), and it has been proven to work. It was confirmed by my doctor today and she said that she will be recommending this to some of her other patients that have not been able to take a regular magnesium supplement.

This colloidal magnesium is different but super good. I have afib and so far its working perfectly. I went to my doctors and got my levels check and it was normal. I experience no upset stomachs or any side effects.
So far I have noticed some differences but not much. Hopefully I will get a better response.

I bought this product over two weeks ago...never got it, but I found out that it was USPS that was responsible for the delay and not providing updated shipping information. Customer service corrected it for me! I was happy to finally receive my products!
