Shipment processing time

We will ship and deliver any purchase on weekends, unless the day falls on a holiday, in which case the package will be held for the following day. In the event of a high volume of orders or any delays, we will notify you via email or by phone listed on your order

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number within one business day. This will be sent to you via email or phone so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Electron Colloidal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If If your product arrives damaged during shipping, we will promptly send you a replacement and provide a discount on a future purchase for the inconvenience caused. To begin the process, please send proof of the damage upon Info@electroncolloidal.com for further review and processing.
International Shipping Policy
Currently, we ship from the United States and Canada. We will consider international shipping in the future.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy for your peace of mind. If you are not satisfied, simply return the product to our business address within 30 days of purchase. Once received, you will be refunded in full, including the cost of return shipping.
