When I first bought the iridium it went to the wrong address. I informed them that and not only they send me a new one they gave me a gold supplement as well. Honestly I don't know which one is better they both have some great benefits that I've seen. I feel like they're iridium makes me think quicker and the gold has kept me so calm. I am enjoying the positive affects of these collodials, I purchased a bundle and I take all 7 daily, I do save zinc for bedtime, but other then that I put all 6 under my lounge daily for 2 to3 min.my energy has improved, my head is clear, my concentration is impeccable.
