I am enjoying the positive affects of these collodials, I purchased a bundle and I take all 7 daily, I do save zinc for bedtime, but other then that I put all 6 under my lounge daily for 2 to3 min.my energy has improved, my head is clear, my concentration is impeccable. I can honestly recommend these products from personal experience.
